RECORDING OF READINGS
Readings are NOT recorded so you can be reassured of full confidentiality. If you wish to record a reading you must also obtain consent from Alison Cassidy, espressly if you intend to replay it to any third party.

REFUNDS
Reading appointments are treated like any other appointment based service,
If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your reading within the first 10 minutes please tell Alison that you feel you are not connecting so she can then speak with you about it. If you are on medication, have partaken of some alcohol or suffering from mental distress or illness, it is recommended you do not have a reading. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Whilst all readings are given in good faith some information may come across as an opinion or judgement, this is wholly unintentional. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information given during the reading or from information within Our Site. Under current English Law we are obliged to advise you that all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.
Alison Cassidy cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy over the content of any reading, implied or expressed.
